I love folk raving about @sispurrier.bsky.social work ( especially when it’s folk as equally talented and smart as Pornsak ) because he’s one of the nicest people in comics and honestly I just don’t think he gets the flowers he deserves often enough ( ditto what Pornsak said about TVSK )

Mudge’s General Store. Back in 2023 I was asked to design a life size mural based on a shop from 1930s Cardiff for the university.
The audacity of using AI on an adaptation of an Alberto Breccia comic... a guy who went to any lengths to pursue new ways of analog texturing his work. He made comics of nothing but cut up construction paper, he embroidered landscapes in his panels, and inked with fucking razor blades
