Yeah I have a subplot in mind I am dying to write because it only strengthens the angst between my two leads. My FMC sees ghosts and my MMC is haunted lol
I say it's a cosy fantasy because it's cosy so far. That could change once I introduce the ghosts and vampires and things π

I actually opened Scrivener tonight! I wrote 500 words I don't hate either but it's all just backstory for a character I'm redesigning... but it counts, woot.

I've tried fountain pens before but stopped using it when it fell apart on me. lol. I'll look into to getting a fatter/more expensive one when I have the budget. But I'll just keep resting my hand until then. Thanks for the advice, I never even thought of fountain pens!
gel pens, sharpie gel pens mostly. I've a terrible habit of using my shoulder for writing and tensing up which in turn makes my hand tense up. I've tried to change how I write but it's hard π°
I really, really love handwriting but my hand isn't so much a fan after the dozen or so pages I've written today (mostly journaling, need to sort out some head stuff lol)

I don't like using AI a lot of the time but when I'm feeling too lazy to photoshop pictures of cats it comes in handy (Hellcat Hesketh, a familiar for one of my many characters with no story lol)
At some stage I am eventually going to have to stop bitching and whinging and just bloody well go and do the stuff I want to do. I am so frustrated with my life right now I could bite through a brick, I swear. Ugh.
