I made Panang Curry over rice noodles topped with air-fried shrimp. Bamboo shoots, 🌶️ 🫑 , 🧅 , 🧄 , snap 🫛 , panang curry paste, 🥜 butter, etc. I’m using up pantry items & stuff from garden, etc. Also, learned how to cook rice noodles. The Thai place by me, adds cheese. I left it off mine.
