What gets me is people will also sometimes see it and not say anything and when you bring it up it's like "oh? I thought you knew". I ended up doing the research BECAUSE I kept getting more "do you have ADHD (or something)?" and it got to the point I needed to know. Already knew I was "different".
Kinda ironic that during Autism Acceptance Month there are people RAGING about how self diagnosis isn't valid. Bitch, I've done more research on myself than any doctor has. Not everyone has the luxury of getting assessed. The brain can mask SO HARD that nobody sees enough signs. You learn too late.

I air dry. Get moisture out with a towel, comb, and let it dry the rest of the way on its own. If I shower before bed I'll sleep with the towel on the pillow and when I wake up it's curls galore 😂 I may try blow drying it again to see if it helps with the moisture part
