Not particular, I’ve seen thrm take seabirds, pigeons (we have a large feral pigeon population on here), migrants, waders (seen Snipe and Ruff taken) so very varied!!

Puffin 'billing' is an act of pair bonding between a pair of Puffins and can be frequently seen especially during the start of the seabird season in March and April.
A life-sized bronze statue has been unveiled on the island of Papa Westray, Orkney, in memory of the last known Great Auk Pinguinus impennis killed there in 1813. The statue is an exact replica of the preserved remains of the bird, which are held by the Natural History Museum.
