The things we do and think shape many of our experiences, so I would say when we are aligning with our preferences, our authenticity, we generate and exude more love & empathy. I think in general, humans suffer to a degree when that way of being or expressing is oppressed.

Last week my daughter was diagnosed with the same skin disease, stage 1. ☹️ I truly hope that maybe some of the knowledge I have gained dealing with this condition and keeping it from progression will help her moving forward.
