I second the Air Force museum, it's awesome! There's so much to see/do in Dayton.
That's why I never visited despite my many trips to Cincinnati around that time. I knew I couldn't really see, experience, or learn much. I may need to make a stop next time I'm in that area.
So, it's definitely worth a visit now with a real visitor's center and more information about its significance?
I joined a gym for the first time in ages, and I use it twice a week for strength work right after running. It's been a game changer for me mentally committing to the strength work. #RunChat

IMO, small-town breweries need to make decent beer and really lean into what's unique and sets them apart from other places. So, hearing how much they leaned into the library/book theme was awesome.

I'm not a fan of either team, but as a general baseball fan key rivalries like Giants-Dodgers need to be kept intact.
However, between The Athletic or FOX options, I'd absolutely prefer the one from Athletic. It keeps together the key rivalries with minimal league shuffling.
Or what about following the NHL blueprint with 4 divisions of 8 teams? If we continue with a balanced schedule, we're going to see some mediocre team win a weak 4-team division.

I don't have the Neo Vista 2, but I've got a pair of the original Neo Vista. I love the OG, but the Neo Vista 2 has some lovely improvements. #RunChat
A6: I don't really have a "go-to" shoe at the moment. Currently, I'm working through the backlog of freebies I accumulated working at a run specialty store. So, most days I alternate between a On Cloudmonster and a Adidas Supernova Rise. #RunChat

A5: I eventually transition to long-sleeves, but a lot depends on the wind. If it's biting, I'll opt for sleeves. Otherwise, I try to stay with short sleeves as long as possible. #RunChat
A4: I typically run in the same short year-round (excluding winter when I'm in tights). They're a pair of Under Armour, 7-inch shorts that have a great pocket for my cell phone. #RunChat

A3: In the summer, my tops vary. I prefer short-sleeve shirts to protect myself from the sun, but it's particularly hot or humid I will opt for a tank top. #RunChat
A2: Historically, I've always preferred no-show socks. Unfortunately, more and more shoes come up higher on the heels and rub on my Achilles. So, more recently I've moved to wearing quarter-length socks to eliminate the rubbing. #RunChat
A1: I almost always run with a hat. I've never tried a visor, but expect they'd be OK. I cannot see a headband working for me because I sweat a bit too much. Sometimes, but rarely, I do run without anything if it's a shorter run, and I didn't bring a hat. #RunChat

FYI, it is incorrect to state that Vegas Thrill "decided not to join MLV." The team was sold to the PVF after the Supernovas ownership group announced plans for MLV. Press releases from PVF have stated that Vegas could join MLV, when and IF there is a new ownership group in place.

Ditto! I don't do yoga post-run, but typically on my rest days I have yoga scheduled. Therefore, it's easier to keep in my routine. Strength work has always been perceived as "time consuming," so it drops off quickly, too. #RunChat
My top goal for the year (and it's been my primary goal the past few years), is to smash my fall marathon with a BQ time that gets me into the @bostonmarathon.bsky.social. #RunChat
