They'll just vacate the preliminary injunction and let the trial play out, putting all the defendants on the hook for massive court fees, and then only stop it on the final appeal of any convictions years down the line, after the chilling effect has already done its work many times over.

If we ever have a Second Reconstruction, we should require multi-member proportional elections for the House. You vote for a party, then each state assigns House seats to the parties based on their share of the vote, and the parties go down a ranked list of candidates for that state to fill them./
