The race do organise guided recces over Crib Goch to enable entrants or potential entrants to gain confidence prior to the event. That might be worth looking into.
Unfortunately, the weather conditions meant we couldn't traverse Crib Goch. We were diverted up the Pyg Track instead. Tryfan was interesting in the wind and rain, but generally, it wasn't too hair-raising.

Yesterday evening, our autistic daughter, who doesn't like using the telephone successfully took a family food order, phoned to order a takeaway, paid, and collected the food. She wrote up a script before using the phone and did brilliantly. A small task for most but huge for her. Very proud!

I always thought my physio was in his early 30s. He told me today that he celebrated his 40th birthday last week. He's athletic with a full head of hair and not a grey strand in sight. I'm only 6 years older! I could easily pass as his dad. Fuck I feel old!
