It's a spoken language. So you have to approach it in various ways and form to see what makes sense.
Well, there's no wrong answer. Taino was not (and is still not) a written language. I would start with confirmed Taino words that have been compiled from historical documents.
Both names could be. Arabo is a perennial tree, ara also means people, Amon could be a derivation of Amona, which means land.
