Key to its success is that Twisted Metal is the 30 minute format. In an age where streaming shows expand to 45 minutes as the seasons bloat, I appreciate the control to keep the stories concise
👍 to the new Twisted Metal season (and not just because Mike Mitchell was great in it). A video game adaptation with a sense of humor instead of overly serious, and my TM fan hubby was there to explain all the cute references to the classic games. Hope there’s a third season that’s even crazier

I’ve been watching Goggins since The Shield, he’s a great actor and good for him that he’s a real success now. But when filming his fourth separate ad campaign for 2025, on some level he had to wonder if there’s a certain point you either feel gross (or at least want to let another guy get the job)
After more than 20 years enjoying Walton Goggins’ acting, he became Krusty The Clown in the last few months. I suspect HBO makes actors sign contracts to not do commercials, so when their shows end they’re free to take the jobs. Goggins overdid it, even Brian Cox is like “That’s a bit shameless…”
