I booked with Walgreens and they didn't require me to show or upload anything but I'm in Wisconsin.
I have a preexisting/qualifying condition and my confirmation email said RX was required for the COVID shot but I didn't have to disclose any details or provide the script online or physically at the counter at all.

Very niche Kibler Google but: Friends who journal/do hand written notes do you have a preferred MULTICOLOR pen? Like those clicky ones with 10 colors in them we had as kids but not shitty. I'm starting a class and multi-colors in one pen would be really handy to have for multilingual notes.
