Disclaimer: I have zero medical expertise. But my father died from a horrifying combo platter of Alzheimer’s and congestive heart failure, and but for FDT’s utter lack of a soul a lot of the markers are the same.
Now there will inevitably come a point where he simply has to be in front of the press and speaking. That will be telling. Will the stupid hat be on? Will he be standing? Will his speech be affected? Will he be even more incompetent and belligerent than normal? Etc.
Was he 80 years old and morbidly obese, though?
My suspicion is that he is declining RAPIDLY for any number of reasons and they’re going to puppeteer him for as long as they can. Think FDR but instead of Eleanor running things we have a clown cat full of Nazis.
I mean even on his golf days he loves to go and yell at any reporter he can find, so why did we only see a fuzzy photo from far away? And how do we even know he golfed? They could easily put him in the car for the photo op and then just hide him for a few hours.
