Yeah. I was "fortunate" with my dad earlier in the year. That was "only" about 3 weeks. A very blurry, hard to recall, three weeks. Then there was scattering the ashes that was maybe a month after that? I feel for you. 🫂

Yeah, I think that's how it manifests in me too. Takes me ages to actually sit down and paint. But when I'm there I'm actually quite happy 🤷♀️

Honestly, that's probably the healthiest way to deal with weekend work related anxiety. I also can struggle to switch off over the weekend but I tend to hold it in my head and let it fester until Monday morning. At least writing it down and emailing yourself gets it out of your head.
