It's a new professional era for me, but I will forever be immensely grateful for the 14 years I devoted to patients/family, colleagues, and research in the classical hematology space. Learned so much and will always proud of everything I accomplished.
Thrilled to say that Iโve accepted a new Clinical Nurse Specialist position specializing in medical-surgical care! Iโll be over 3 hospital units, about 25 beds each. It's a huge pivot moving from outpatient chronic disease to acute inpatient, but I'm really excited for the change. Starts in 2 weeks!

If you google โJace beleren costumeโ there are some things out there, one is Ali Express so quality could be questionable but the price isnโt bad. If you want a custom one you should move quickly to fine a commission maker and be ready to make it rain ๐ฐ
Yes - if you want custom/handmade, fair warning it would be quite expensive (at least several hundred if not over a thousand) and commission cosplay makers also need good amount of time/warning to make it.

Mississippi doesn't care about its children, or else they'd do more to improve infant mortality rates, education, and access to health care.
That law is *not* intended to protect children. It is intended to identify every internet user and enable censorship and suppression of speech. โWonโt somebody think of the childrenโ is just the usual pretext, when โterrorismโ doesnโt stick.
Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users. While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.
