PSA: According to a pharmacist I know: If you live in one of the 34 states where a prescription for the COVID vaccine is NOT needed, you can just attest that you qualify to get it. The pharmacist will give it to you without investigation.

New NYT article detailing new requirements for the COVID-19 vaccine across US. This is all very preliminary information, but I suggest if you live in these states that may require a prescription, you acquire a script from your family doctor asap.
