This claim would have greater than zero legal merit if the Fairness Doctrine hadn’t been repealed in 1987
If, say, Louis Farrakhan was brutally murdered, I hope we would all condemn the murder. But I am pretty sure Republicans wouldn’t be celebrating his life and legacy and insisting no one criticize anything he ever said or did.
