Patience is one of the best things you can give to an animal. I adopted Little as a wild kitten. He would run away and cry if I tried to touch him or give affection. 3 years later he now comes running to me crying looking for scratches 🖤I love that.
The Sunday evening of a long weekend just hits different. You can fully enjoy the whole weekend without the stress of mentally preparing for Monday morning.

Thanks for telling me the term for it :) We have some now that are shiny edged and there is wear on them. Hard for libraries to keep them pristine but if I bought it for personal use I’d have them edges out on my own shelf.
With more and more books coming decorated like this I hate to put it spine out on the shelves. Isn’t that gorgeous? It makes you want to pick it up.
