The Deluge is total anonymity, security, and effectiveness. The simple concept is decentralization, rapid response, and individual choice. To participate you must be asked by someone that can vouch for you personally, or create you own pod by selecting two people you vouch for. A three person pod.

Thank you. The Deluge decentralized concept is not new, it's repurposed from other successful resistance movements in history. Today, we have the means to move quickly, remain safe, anonymous, and effective at a moments notice. Currently, only an idea that takes two people to spark a movement.

Many revolutions have used similar tactics. The one I find most interesting is the Algerian National Liberation. The occupy movement is different. There's no suggestion here to "occupy." But, it's a perfect example of a mass civic movement with no primary organizing authority. It made an impact.
