A good one I've used before is "Prettygoodstickers" from Sweden. They are a bit pricey though, but perfect for smaller batches. "StickerApp" is another business from Sweden which I am considering trying out next, I have heard and seen good things from them!
Ideally you'd make YCHs based on personal sketches you like, but could fit someone's OC in them. Your method can work, but it is risky, since you will do unpaid work if the YCH doesn't sell. Also, I feel the YCH sketch doesn't have to be too polished, as long as you have finished art to back it up.
What's the best European sticker manufacturer, do you guys have any personal experiences?
I've done a few YCHs and in general I set the floor price for the YCH below my regular commission rates, but high enough that I'll be happy to work on it if it sells at the floor price. The more characters there are, the harder it is also to sell. Smaller YCHs are easier to sell.
Ancient dragon torso stone - Many imitation stones based on the myth and skeletons of ancient dragons exist, however this is one made by the last true dragon and is no mere imitation. Through the ages the image of the dragons faded, but in the lake of ash remnants of the true dragons still remain.

That's a good signifier. If someone tries to you hurry you in the paying process, it should be raising big red flags.

There's other factors too, but bottom line is to not focus solely on follower count, rather the quality of the followers. Someone with a smaller following can pay the bills if a higher percentage of the followers are invested in their work. And investment is created in spaces that focus on your work
That is why counting your followers as if they were all equal is a bad idea. Platforms like furaffinity are better at creating superfans than places like tiktok, twitter or reddit. The latter sites are focused more on general, quick entertainment, while former display art on a more a'la carte basis.
Even if you don't give me attribution. Since if someone goes out of their way to figure that I made that thing you posted, they are already a super fan, which is honestly what the whole art game is about. Super fans engage, buy and share. Some platforms are also more suited in creating superfans.
