There isn't a punishment to fit their crimes. (Note that this doesn't not mean I want them to get away with it. Far from it! Prosecute away, I say.)

With respect, if a critical mass of people in the USA actually did something - general strike, etc - they could try to eliminate folks, but wouldn't have a working country after for folks to buy stuff and for the rich to make money. I'm not saying it's can't happen here, but is very unlikely.
