Dwight McNeil gets into this team every week if fit by the way. Adds natural balance to the team, our most creative player by a distance. That's why I'd take Tom Fellows on the right, beats a man, pace constant service, again adds balance. Even as an option off the bench.

We had a chance this summer to buy fullbacks/right winger (possibly left too) and inject actual pace into the team, update the way we play massively - and we just didn't (Aznou clearly u21 player for the foreseeable). If we do before end of window, we will have to integrate them 4 games in. Shambles
