I truly don't think so. I think the idea was that we would do our own moderation, and then, having to scramble when it turned out to be necessary to do it in a centralized way, they are floundering. And they don't all agree on what needs moderation and what doesn't. So it's a big mess.

The guy who platformed Joe Walsh to attack Democrats on his show spent yesterday lecturing Democrats and attacking Black women. When we tell you MSNBC isn’t what you think it is, this is what we mean.
Seriously, never missed anything less than MSNBC and the “both sides” nonsense. BBC and CBC “World News” pages tell you everything you need to know, limited to the facts. Like CNN used to get right.
Enthusiasm grows when voters see a party fighting and winning. (And Democrats are doing both- fighting back on redistricting attacks and special election wins). Constant gloom, both sides coverage, and magnified Dem drama don’t inspire turnout — they smother it.
Also they rarely seem to consider whether or not they are in fact making good use of it...

This is not accurate. Some states mandate ID. Some do not. In some of them it also may vary by city and/or county. The Constitution specifies that the states each determine how to hold elections for themselves. No President has any authority to tell them how to do it.
