I see now; thanks for that. The absence of, "National Historic" in front of, "site of Canada" makes a huge difference. As written I interpreted it as "site of Canada at Beaumont-Hamel".
Not to be nit picky, and I understand that Newfoundland and Labrador joined Confederation in 1949, but it's important to note that, at Beaumont-Hamel, on 1st July 1916, it was the Dominion of Newfoundland there. As was the creation of Newfoundland Memorial Park.
At this rate, I imagine that "Stand Your Ground" laws or going to collide with clowns like this guy.
