Helldivers 2 etiquette tips: 3. You can pick up and use stuff other players stratagem and gear, but make sure it's okay. Either ask directly or wait until they leave it. Most people are chill with you grabbing extra stuff as they call down more equipment. Drop it if asked for it back.
For those who don't know, Helldivers 2 just dropped a big update with a whole new mission type and map with brand new enemies including one that's many magnitudes larger than anything else in the game! The Hive Lord is terrifying and a monster. But it's not even the main objective. π

So... something I need to vent about real quick. One of the things I hate about my job is having to tell someone we don't have a thing they want/need. And very regularly lately I've been having to tell our homeless patrons we don't have any food to give them.

The new Hive Lord enemy is a beastly beast to encounter! A really "Holy shit!" Moment when it comes at you. I'm living for how hectic and crazy and new things feel in the latest Helldivers 2 update.
I'm tired, boss. It's been a summer of high highs and low lows. Plenty wrong in the world but some good stuff I'm trying to hold onto. Only so much I can control. Doing my best to keep on keeping on. π

Level 10 Super Helldiver missions being something players need to work up towards, only being able to manage a win with a carefully considered loadout and full squad coordination. Way too many new players are diving at that level without even having their ships fully upgraded.
I expect Arrowhead will nerf and/or tweak some of the enemies since it felt brutal even on a lower difficulty, but it felt like a return to the challenge level of early Helldivers 2.
This. I LOVE you for it if you name your budget and deadline right away and I am 1000% more inclined to collaborate with you and figure out a way to make it work within these metrics.
The battles were messy. The big new enemies showed up like final bosses. The new chaff enemies were a threat. New missions had some weirdness to iron out but we got there. Usually. Sometimes. Reminded me a lot of the battle to drop dark fluid into Meridia in a good way.
Just got done playing the new underground bug missions in Helldivers 2 and it's crazy down there. Drop my difficult down to 7 and still struggled to complete the objectives. Loved it. #helldivers2
I just think it's so funny when ToS include "You may not use the product for illegal activities." Like, really covering your asses there, huh? Gottem! No using this for illegal stuff, promise? Good, good.

Like, I just want to get on Facebook and see posts from my family and close friends. I want to see friends and artists I like on Instagram. I HATE how many big names they push for you to follow. Or how pathetic their suggestions/notifications get when you don't play along.
I'm so, so tired of how aggressively other social media platforms push you to follow bigger/more accounts or slam you with posts from profiles/groups you don't follow.

I went for more detailed when I drew Reaper here way back when. I liked how he came out but I also greatly respect artists who do simpler character drawings that capture so much with so little line work.
I'm trying to draw Helldiver armor but I keep shifting between making it super detailed and trying to simplify it down to the basic shapes.
Sometimes weβre unsatisfied with a thing we made because when it only existed in our head, we saw all the things it could have been and when itβs done we know all the things that it isnβt, but we canβt see the way it expands into a million new things when someone else unpacks it in their head. ποΈπ¦

Watched "Dead Cells: Immortalis" and it was a wildly quirky ride. Animation is limited but they make the most of it. Dialogue is fun though mostly the characters yelling at each other and cursing. I'm not familiar with Dead Cells though I know there's a board game and a video game?

It's always *easier* to just outsource that stuff compared to trying to do it all by yourself. But just in the same way one can be smarter about their food, one can be better about their art and the wearing of the hats.
Being a creative online is wearing many, many hats outside of just the art you make. We're trying to do the job of a team of professionals! Cooking at home for one is a challenge in strategic grocery shopping and preparing good food before things go bad while still having a variety.
I think we got to the current "But ai lets me make the vision in my head, i can't pay people" much in the same way we got to "But eating out is less expensive than cooking at home" argument: the societal shift of putting the onus on the individual to do the work of many.

Let me change the banners on display, the armor and guns on display, the lighting, add trophies on my wall, or even change out the personnel NPCs standing around. It's nothing I truly expect AH to put into reality, but I think it'd be cool to get to decorate that space more personally.
I know a lot of Helldivers 2 players just want more guns and gun customization, but i want to be able to customize the interior of our Super Destroyer more!

And I like the idea of a lowkey zombie survival game. Something where zombies are a risk but easy to avoid deal with on their own. Where you're more focused on resource gathering and trying to keep your space maintained and occasionally you have a zombie stuck in your fence and you gotta address it.
