of about 55 hours. At a reported cost per hour of $28k the cost will be conservatively over $1.5 mill in operating costs to deport slightly over 100 people based on unofficial reports. But we can’t afford SNAP.
Even so, were the released from their hand-waist-leg shackles. Can you imagine your anguish if it were you in this military C17? Is this humane treatment? The actual in-the-air time to from home base in Wrightstown to Laos was about 30 hours, so assuming similar back with no GITMO stop a total

After making a deportation stop in Laos RCH113 is about to complete the route with a deportation stop in Hanoi Vietnam.
Plane just left Hawaii. Probably another fuel stop coming up.
At 4:11 am eastern not visible over the Pacific on the way to Hawaii
Update: after around 6 hours at Gitmo the plane continue to what I think will be a fuel/ops stop in Hawaii.
It could be sometime before it appears again. Military planes are very difficult to see in these spaces. Will let you know in the morning the update.
Just an update. On all the systems the plane still appears to be at Guantanamo. BUT it easily could have left and be over water where transponders are not located to the plane does not appear.
✈️👀 ✈️👀 Likely deport on military C17 RCH113, plane 04-4131 from Alexandria to GITMO and possibly to Vietnam and Laos. DHS criminal memo 3-weeks ago noted at least 5 Vietnamese at Gitmo. 1-2 fuel stops on the way so 1-2 days. Last deport to these countries was 25 -27 May on OMNI ICE charter.
I assume the air broker ICE contacts with contacted with them. They did one earlier in the week too
✈️👀 Small jet (N999AH; max 16 pax) deport from Phoenix to Ghana with fuel stop in Senegal there and back. Last Ghana deport military on 7/17 and before small jet 6/18. Senegal may have been deport - almost always stops for fuel so difficult to tell. Only 1 other stop, possible.

✈️👀 Today a traditional ICE Air transfer from Everglades - to El Paso and Harlingen. 2nd trad ICE Air (1st to El Paso) combined with 4 Coast Guard observed, 3 to Alexandria and 1 to Harlingen. NO flights observed as direct deports out of country. Most likely to stage people for deports.

8/8 Of 207 deports,18 were on military planes for a total of 68 since starting on 24 January. GITMO: 18 routes, 4 on military and 15 continued as deports: 13 traditional ICE and 2 military. Total GITMO: 78 routes since 4 Feb with 690 total transfers in. 41 there July 31.
7/8 Large removal increases: Honduras up 6 to 49, Colombia up 4 to 9, and Guatemala up 3 to 54. Large decreases: Other countries down 16 to 1 (many small decreases).
6/8 Avg deports per day in July: 6.7 compares to prior 3-mo average of 5.8, up .9 (16%), and 4.7 in July 2024, up 2 (43%) per day. Total flights per day: 39, down 1 (3%) per day from June, up 11 per day (39%) over prior 6-mo avg of 28, and up 17 (77%) per day over July 2024.
5/8 Since inauguration: 5,962 total flights, an increase of 1,721 (41%) over the same period in 2024. Deportation flights totaled 1,036, up 152 (15%) over the same period in 2024.
4/8 July: 727 domestic shuffle flights - highest level since I started in January 2020. Shuffle flights totaled 2,022 over the past 3 months, up 956 (90%) over same period in 2024. July was 240 (49%) over the prior 6-mo avg.
3/8 July: 207 removal flights, under 209 in June the highest level since I started in January 2020. Removal totaled 606 the past 3 months, up 167 (38%) over same period in 2024. July was 58 (39%) above the prior 6-mo avg.
2/8 July: 1,214 total flights- highest level since I started in Jan 2020, and above prior high month of 1,187 in Jan by 27 (2%). Flights totaled 3,484 the past 3 months, up 1,382 (66%) over same period in 2024. July 368 (43%) over prior 6-mo avg.

✈️👀 Over the weekend I tracked a deport on a military C17 from Alexandria LA>Gitmo>Sierra Leone>Chad>Cameroon>Nigeria. The number of people deported and their nationalities is not known, but because of the multiple stops there may not have been large-scale 3rd country deports, but unclear if any.
Correction of typo. Harlingen in 24th. Not 25th.
And before this there were two coast guard planes that I can’t confirm but now seem highly likely with the ICE Air. One on 23rd to Alexandria and 1 on 25th to Harlingen.
The plane landed after El Paso in Alexandria LA which points to me that they may be transferring people to stage for deportations from El Paso and Alexandria.
✈️👀 FIRST ICE Air observed to the Everglades Detention Camp today. Flight from Miami to Everglades. On the ground about 2 hours and then to El Paso. Unclear next stop right now.
✈️👀 Correcting number of people returned from prior post. iCE Air Deport on OMNI Air N378AX to Venezuela via transfer to Venezuelan Conviasa plane (VCV9012) scheduled for this morning. Will be the 37th return to Venezuela this year returning over 6,300 people on the 2 per week pace.

Yes it does appear to be Africa as of an hour ago when the signal dropped - location not confirmed but most likely at least first stop in this area. Last military deport was Ghana and Angola.

It appears that the flight that originated in Harlingen to Ghana, RCH 539, is now in Angola.
Unclear if additional stops to be made. There is a 3rd plane, military RCH040 06-6166, that just landed in Sierra Leone around 5:30 am EDT from Dover, which is not typical, and at this point I am still trying to research to see if it connected from somewhere. Unclear until learn more.
✈️👀 Deports to Africa now 1st, a trad ICE on OMNI N207AX from Alexandria LA to GITMO to San Juan (fuel) to Senegal (possible fuel only) to Kenya. Landed about 1:45 AM EDT. 2nd, a military flight RCH538 08-8192, from Harlingen to St. Croix (probably fuel) that landed at about 5:25 EDT AM in Ghana.
Right now I am pretty much at capacity making the data available as widely as possible.

✈️👀 Looks like the first of the typical 2 weekly deportations to Venezuela will stop at Gitmo from Harlingen early tomorrow morning on the way to base Soto Cano to transfer people to a Venezuelan plane for the return to Venezuela. First time for this route since 11 June.
