My son broke his nose at the sing along showing. This movie is so strong and kids love it so much that they literally get hurt and stay for the ending!

As expected the entire fair was like 1/3 traditional American (ie fried food, ice cream), 1/3 Asia-pacific (ie chicken and rice in a pineapple, shave ice) and 1/3 Latin American (ie salsa lessons, this sign, puffy tacos). Only thing missing is the Persian, middle eastern or Indian food.
I didn’t make it inside the exhibitions bc I had toddler duty but these look lovely!

She got the benefit of actual thought out protocols. I was 8 months the pregnant and was told I may not get to have my elected c-section and that it was very possible @laplanck.bsky.social couldn’t be with me. I had no baby shower. We had no visitors. I did all post and prenatal visits solo.
I had a 18 month old and a 4 year old too, neither of them count either!
Like it was the most terrified I’ve been as a parent. I had asthma and was pregnant and was hearing I was the highest risk of dying and I didn’t know if @laplanck.bsky.social was even going to be permitted in the hospital with me. But not a pandemic baby lol!
lol you don’t have a “real” pandemic baby bc your son existed in your womb during a time when it was terrifying to be pregnant and I had to attend all prenatal care visits solo 🙃
My son born in spring 2020 starts kindergarten next week. I was just told he’s not a “pandemic baby” bc he wasn’t conceived during lock down. Why do people need to make their plight “worse” than others? Both of these scenarios sucked. @laplanck.bsky.social

We saw a lot of very small kids. They do some hits from the OG show (including a video with Biz) and a few from the reboot. The dancers are fantastic. Lots of super fans at this one in amazing costumes.
We went to the crayon and paint factory ahead of the show and I drew these on myself.
