A pair of water bombers used our lake for four hours for the close fire, and burnt river is about 20 km away and so there must be other bombers there. That fire is considerably larger at 50 football fields today. Rain expected tomorrow. Haven’t had rain here since June 18 😖

I find it harder to be in Finland in the summer because my circadian rhythm never tells me to sleep when I visit.. No one has black out curtains. In the winter it’s weird in all darkness but we can turn on lights. The happiness thing I get- you have to live there to understand their definition
