My daughter was diagnosed with anxiety and put on anxiety meds at a young age. Now we know she’s autistic. I’m curious if there’s a best practice for treating autistic anxiety? I’d really like to get her off the meds, especially since we now have a better understanding (and tools!) for her anxiety.
