I ordered 20 of those connectors and received 280. I am trying to imagine how this might have happened. 1. Disgruntled employee packed the content of the entire bin. 2. One picker instead of taking one pack from a bin took entire bag and went for a lunch. Another one put the whole bag into a box..

Now we are talking! After my manual initial test, Gemini "suggested" code with Adafriut LEDBackpack library, but the code did not work as the library 7segment class assumes only 4 digit display with a colon in the middle. It ended up generating more generic logick.

Yesterday's thrift store find: Royal Digital I calculator with VFD display. The curious thing is the use of lowercase 'o' to display blanks and zeros. Technically, the blanks are zeros, but they are being suppressed in contemporary displays.

We were interrupted a few times by technical difficulties, and (network issue or the Gemini server), but I'd call those moments 'awkward' when you don't know what's going on. Interestingly, it retains memory of previous conversations, so 'technical interruptions' aren't a major problem.

Thank you for sharing. I find myself using LLM most of the time. I usually drop like 10 files of my old program to give it an idea of my coding style: use Pandas, use Logging rather than print, etc. Then comes the iterative coding, where I merge the changes manually to understand and approve them.
