Pretty happy, honestly. I never was able to enjoy the little things in life before, there was always something tugging me back and telling me it wouldn't last.
My PTSD has been really triggered lately, but unlike in the past when I wouldn't be able to stay regulated and calm, I've managed to not let it consume me or get stuck in old thought patterns.

My son is 11, almost 12 and he still loves to help. If you are grateful and thankful to kids for helping, they stay in that stage longer. He's gone in spurts where he doesn't want to help, but overall he still loves to help.
