OK here goes. We've already been down this road with Corbyn when he led Labour. There was a massive PR job done by the FAR left wing and membership of the Labour party was boosted by kids. Huge numbers....and he still lost. Its not about who SIGNS up... its about who SHOWS up. Time will tell.
Don't get me wrong, that polyester lounge lizard needs to be gone from our politics, but I dislike Corbyn for a number of reasons that are at least political in nature.

So true. Kids aren't born racist, its a learnt behaviour. First influences - family. Second - peers/friends. One kid in a group of 10 uses a racial slur, you can bet within 48 hrs, 2 more will pile in.... and so it begins.

I'm in my 60s and I think we need to be the rear-view mirror for the young. Their job is to drive us forward. Our experience can keep them on the right track and can offer experienced words of encouragement. I don't think we need to be at the forefront of driving change and improvement.
