For over forty years, Republicans have promised that their policies would result in a booming economic miracle and for forty plus years they’ve been objectively proven wrong. The thing about miracles is, they’re about faith, not fact.

A lot of what this administration does is to the purpose of feeding the rage machine, to distract from the larger P25 agenda. Epstein was something they hadn't anticipated. In a sane world, this would end the 47 presidency, but...

Perhaps decreasing rates is a ploy to allow blaming the rate decrease for inflation and job losses, rather a capricious tariff policy.

STOKER-KHAAAAAAAAN! Truly a fantastic weekend filled with liminal horrors and magic alike. To all the new friends I met, the shuddery elevators I rode, haunted parking lots I nearly got lost in and the "in the middle of being renovated" floor where I stayed. StokerCon was like a Lynchian dream.

There is a well defined investigative process on both the FAA and military sides of this tragedy. It’s designed to identify the root cause(s)of the mishap and make recommendations to prevent a recurrence. Congress has a role in this, but it’s not now.
