I’m a rookie. Need to wake up my starter. I must say, I’m a very solid cook, but bread, and particularly sourdough is hard! Any tips are welcome.
This is not hard. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Before I found my career, I must have done every Joe job there is. Caddie. Club cleaner. Dishwasher. Prep cook. Line cook. Janitor. Managed an electronics store. Etc. These experiences were instrumental in future leadership roles!
I did this job while retraining for my job in government. It’s hard.
