Fish oil can be problematic as overfishing occurs for the fish oil supplement market. I quit using it for that reason.
Fish oil is beneficial. It worked well for me in conjunction with some other antiinflammatories that I was taking. You can belch the fish oil taste & it can be unpleasant but if inflammation is bad enough then it's worth it. I also used to take turmeric but will not any longer. Also won't cook w/it.
I made one Snickersoodle Bars recipe in a 12" cast iron dutch oven. That's all I made. I think I cut it into 14 bars.
Trisha Yearwood has a recipe for snickerdoodle cookies that a lot of people use but it calls for shortening and I can't have that. I've made it before and it's good but this one with butter is better.
