Well a bishop from San Diego showed up to accompany a migrant to and from his hearing and ICE scattered like cockroaches. When politicians showed up to do the same thing they were brutalized and mocked on Fox. It’s too early to completely count out the impact this can have.
Some Catholic clergy have been stepping up and putting out the word to the clergy across the country to join them. And these are bishops. So I wouldn’t count them out. And I’m not a religious person.
