13/31 Then in June, we see Trump's swollen ankles, and for the first time, the White House medical team is willing to admit: 1) He's got "CVI" 2) His bruising is related to "aspirin regime" and shaking hands.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
12/31 Some old doctors may still incorrectly prescribe it as such, but qualified medical staff who keep up with literature wouldn't. A daily aspirin dose is now used as a blood thinner for specific lines of treatment, including in managing ischemic strokes.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
11/31 Trump's previous medical reports claim his cardiovascular health is great, and is on the statin, so he shouldn't need Ezetimibe.. But, this also brings us to the aspirin. As it turns out, aspirin hasn't been advised as a daily course prevention method for quite a while.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
10/31 Statins like Rosuvastatin will manage cholesterol alone where as Ezetimibe will be used as a second-line if the patient is at high cardiovascular risk such as prior strokes, heart attacks, or arterial disease. Then its used for stroke prevention.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
9/31 There are two general takeaways I heard from multiple specialists: -Daily Aspirin is not recommended for "prevention" any more, an aspirin regime is treating something -Ezetimibe is a second line medication not used for regular LDL treatment.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
8/31 At first, I thought this might be normal medication for managing cholesterol, and I've certainly heard of preventative aspirin use in the past, but I decided to interview some heart specialists - and I'm glad I did:
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
7/31 The next medical event we see is the President's annual physical report. Comparing the medication list to his old reports, we notice three new medications: -Rosuvastatin -Ezetimibe -Daily aspirin
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
6/31 It comes up again during the Marcon visit on Feb 25th 2025, where Karoline Levitt repeats the lie about it being from "shaking too many hands"
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
5/31 Then in a Time Magazine interview from right after the election we see the first note of Trump's hand bruising. Once again, something people didn't think much of at the time.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
4/31 In March 2024, @RonFilipkowski notes that Trump has been dragging his right leg for a while. It's something we've seen him do on and off over this past year, but not super notable on its own. twitter.com/RonFilipkow...
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
3/31 TIAs precede an ischemic stroke in about 30% of patients and often result in long lasting interventions to try and prevent any risk of a larger stroke. Now, let's get to what paints this picture with Trump:
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
2/31 Let's start with the basics: -TIA's are temporary blockages, you'll see symptoms (leg dragging, eye drooping etc) but they resolve within 24 hours. -Ischemic strokes leave a lasting impact, but can range dramatically in scope and severity.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social)
1/31 I believe there is growing evidence, that the White House is covering up the fact that Donald Trump has been dealing with TIA strokes. AND that he likely had a more significant ischemic stroke this week.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
23/23 This document is dense, mulitple volumes, and filled with drivel that needs to be fact checked. So this is just the first batch of findings - with more threads to come! But its clear Maxwells goals are to distance herself from the crime and lie for a pardon.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
22/23 She also claims that on the island he only ever had people in their late 20s-30s. Seemingly forgetting about Courney Wild. Or Nada Marcinkova - who Epstein's own flight logs show her flying to the island more than any other person, starting when she was just 14.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
21/23 Maxwell, who has been good about making straightforward statements when denying something so far, suddenly waffles and pulls a "I do not recall" at the end of asking about recruiting from the Mar-a-Lago
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
20/23 Maxwell plays dumb about going to Mar-a-Lago with Epstein, even though Epstein used her membership and was photographed with Epstein there *frequently* - including with Trump.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
19/23 Maxwell takes a moment to absolutely glaze the hell out of Trump while she is seeking a pardon.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
18/23 We circle back to the Royal Family, and Maxwell claims Epstein didn't know any of them in the 90s. Despite the fact they were at Balmoral in 1999, and Epstein had been close with Diana's best friend Lady Rosa Monckton since the 1980s.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
17/23 Maxwell claims that one of Epstein's massage girls that he met in 2001 was the one who made it sexual, and the one who hired many of the girls Maxwell is accused of hiring. This is of course despite the fact victims directly identify Maxwell as undressing them.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
16/23 Maxwell plainly states, for the first time, she thinks Epstein was guilty of his accused crimes - something she refused to do while he was alive. Of course distancing herself from any wrong doing. Convenient!
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
15/23 Maxwell claims since she deocrated the homes she "knows" there was no video survellience inside rooms, especially bedrooms. Of course, being incarcerated she is unaware the NYT has since released pictures showing that to be false. Oops!
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
14/23 After claiming not to be allowed to meet Epstein's clients, Maxwell can seemingly tell you first hand about the personal art in their homes:
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
13/23 It's yet another interesting point of concern that Maxwell is eager to hide, because the disgraced Duke of York (Prince Andrew) claims to have only met Ghislaine and Epstein in 1999 which would have had to been *after* this photo. And doesn't match flight logs:
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
12/23 At this point I ntoice the interviewer has managed to skip over most of the 1990s, including Epstein and Maxwell seen in the UK and Paris and their relations there. Seems kind of important that in 1999 someone gave them access to the Queen's royal cabin at Balmoral!
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
11/23 Maxwell confirms Epstein had a rotating group of shell companies even in the US for paying employees, suggesting we've likely not found a fraction of them, given that only a few US shells are known of.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
10/23 Maxwell admits to being in Palm Beach around the same time she was accused of trafficking Guiffre, but claims it was to "decorate" Epstein's house, and for her partners golf tournement. (I notice the interview didn't feel the need to ask *which* golf course?)
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
9/23 And in 1992 this money was moved into Delaware entities that were owned by the Maxwell Foundation trust from Lichtenstein. All in, its estimated more than $2B USD were in that trust in 1991, including shares in valuable swiss companies.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
8/23 We see this just a few pages later, as she really wants you to know she doesn't have a magical trust fund. The problem is, Maxwell's own lawyers admitted to the existance of the Lichtenstein foundation in a 1991 case.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
7/23 But Maxwell continues to insist they never met, despite other british evidence to the contrary as well. Why? A) Knowing Epstein in the 1980s supports claims of Epstein victims. B) Knowing Epstein in the 1980s gives clues at Maxwell's shady offshore money.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
6/23 Many of which use the same locations, service providers and structure conventions of Epstein's offshore services. Suggesting it was Epstein who was managing their fund protection at the time in the 1980s
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
5/23 We know Maxwell was having financial troubles at the time, and that he had set up a family trust in Lichtenstein, right after embezzling £400M from his company's pension fund. In the 1980s a financier set up dozens of shell companies for the family trust.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
4/23 That claimed is echoed by Ari-Ben Manashe, and Epstein's own timelines. We know Epstein was running around Europe in the 1980s, running guns, and off-shoring money for arms dealers like Douglas Leese. Hoffenberg claims that the Maxwell's needed a bridge loan.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
3/23 Maxwell claims she met Epstein in 1991, after the death of her father. The problem is Epstein's business partner Hoffenberg says Robert Maxwell introduced Ghislaine Maxwell to Epstein in the 1980s.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
2/23 Right off the bat we're told that there was existing conversation prior to going on the record. While that's not uncommon, it's worth remembering that Todd Blanche is also Trump's former *personal* lawyer and DoJ Deputy, and its *very* odd to have him doing this interview
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social)
1/23 Today the DoJ was supposed to send the full Epstein files to Congress. They didn't. Instead they released hundreds of redacted pages from Ghislaine Maxwell's filled with lies and more questions. Here's just the first part as I slog through these documents:
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
1) Congrats!! 2) There is a great irony about the fact that I've told myself I was going to download the ADHD timer twice today that I was going to download this and keep forgetting! 😅

FreeTheFiles.org petition now represents 18 US districts and 5 countries, of people demanding the release of the Epstein files!

4/4 Sign the petition, demand transparency, use your voice and your vote to get justice, and free the files! FreeTheFiles.org

3/4 Only your first name, last initial, and state show publicly. The rest of the info is securely batched for privacy. And once a district has enough signatures we mail a copy of that petition. We’ll even do it internationally too so other countries release their intel reports.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
2/4 Politicians don’t care about big petitions. They do care about local voters that could cost them their job though. So we use your zip code (privately) to match you to a congressional district (or international) when you sign. And send a local petition to your local reps.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social)
1/4 Automated Epstein files petition! Built this to demand release of the files: -Sign name and add zip code (kept private) -Signers sorted by Congressional district/Country -When a region has >1000 signers we send a copy of the petition to that government rep. Freethefiles.org

89/108 So Epstein had most of his money *before* he developed the bulk of his blackmail. So what was that about? Power.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
88/108 At its peak those close to Epstein estimate that his fund entities could have included up to $50B in offshore assets. Meanwhile on his death, only $400M in assets were ever recovered.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
87/108 It becomes clear from here, that Epstein's wealth was three fold: 1. Money embezzled from Towers and earned from offshoring to start his fund. 2. Maxwell family money. 3. Being invested in the boom of the 90s and 2000s.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
86/108 But in 2015, after the arrest of Epstein, rape charges caught up with Brunel putting him in the hands of French Police. Where before any action could be taken against him, he was found dead in his cell from a hanging... all too familiar!
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
85/108 By the mid 2000s, Brunel had created more modeling agencies around the world and had a steady set of clients, including those coming to Maxwell, Epstein, and (according to Giuffre) the Trump Mar-A-Lago.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
84/108 Visitors to the Island came from all over the US, but notable are the hubs in Palm Beach, New York and the areas surrounding DC.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
83/108 Data collected by WIRED mapped the locations of more than 200 unique cellphones, seen all around the island. From the houses, to the forests, and even the weird water facing temple.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
82/108 In 1998, Epstein bought the Island Little St James, in the US Virgin Islands. And sometime in the early 2000s renovated the properties and began having guests on the Island. There 2618 flights to the Island in the time the Epstein owned it.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
81/108 With a steady stream of models, Epstein and Maxwell saw their influence and respective businesses grow. They were now frequently hosting parties with socialites from all over the world. They decided to expand.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
80/108 The catch was that the modeling agency had to provide models for various private functions as well. And so MC2 Models was established, with investment from Epstein and offices in Miami and New York.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
79/108 Jean-Luc had met Ghisaline Maxwell in the 1980s. And in the early 2000s, she made Jean-Luc a compelling deal. She'd bring him the business of Victoria Secret and other L-Brands company (which Epstein managed via Wexler) and invest in their new agency.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
78/108 Who is Jean-Luc Brunel? A French model scout who was charged with countless rapes and human trafficking charges spanning more than 3 decades. After rising to fame at Karin Models in Paris, he began to run their Miami office.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
77/108 It shouldn't be lost on anyone that around this time, two things happened: 1. Epstein was given power of attorney over Wexler's finances - L Brands which owned Victoria Secret. 2. And as confirmed in the July 1996 issue of Photo, began working with Jean Luc Brunel
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
76/108 Maria Framer who was hired to work at the Epstein house in New York also noted that this was the time that many young girls started showing up at the Epstein residence. Which Maxwell claimed was related to modeling positions.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
75/108 Juan Alessi who helped managed that Florida house remembers Maxwell's guests including models, as well as celebrities like Donald Trump and Prince Andrew (whom she knew through Rosa Monckton and the late Princess Diana)
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
74/108 Ghislaine Maxwell then moved to New York, and she and Epstein soon lived in a $30M apartment, owned by one of their trust entities. That same year, Epstein buys a Palm Beach property near the Mar-A-Lago.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
73/108 The ability for the British Mirror Group PLC (or any other embezzled funds) to recover their funds from the trust is almost impossible, as after the Epstein restructuring the trust now owns equity in more than 400 entities across 40+ jurisdictions.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
72/108 Luckily for the family, in the 1970s, he had created the Maxwell Foundation in Liechtenstein to store his families wealth. And in the 1980s the structure of this was expanded, by a young financier - you guessed it: Epstein.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
71/108 Suddenly Robert Maxwell was found dead in 1991, after having apparently "fallen of his Yacht" and drowned. It was later revealed that this was shortly after it had been discovered, that he had embezzled more than $400M from the Pension Fund of his newspapers.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
70/108 In 1987, Wexner hires Epstein as his financial advisor. Around this time, Trump is frequently seen on the party scene, including with Robert Maxwell aboard his yacht The Lady Ghislaine. And Epstein is believed to already be dating Ghislaine.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
69/108 During this time, while working for Towers, Epstein is introduced to Les Wexner, a Palm Beach businessman. Trump in 1985, had just bought the rundown Mar-A-Lago with intent to refurbish it, but used it as a private residence for the first few years.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
68/108 In 1988, Epstein had also started his new "Wealth Management Company" J. Epstein & Company. His hedge fund that seemed to have very few clients. In a 2018 lawsuit Hoffenberg claims that's because much of it was embezzled from Towers.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
67/108 Hoffenberg, who had previously operated out of Trump Tower (and called Trump "his crowd") was convicted to 18 years in prison, and ordered to pay back the stolen funds. The problem? They were mostly gone.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
66/108 While Epstein appeared listed in the first versions of the case it was suddenly dropped. Epstein was ultimately listed as an "unnamed uncharged, co-conspirator" and never faced any prosecution, the US Prosecutors still decline to comment to this day as to why.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
65/108 In 1993, this all came crashing down as the SEC charged the company, and the FBI raided the Towers, bringing criminal charges against their fraud (all of which Hoffenberg pled guilty to) But then it got weird...
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
64/108 When he returned to the US he was hired by Hoffenberg to help build out Towers Financial Corporation, with Epstein designing and then promoting to his wealthy clients the fake bonds and promissory notes that raised more than $400M
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
63/108 At the time Epstein had just finished "client work" for Adnan Khashoggi, (yeah, the arms dealer), which matched his "fake passports" claim of living in Saudi Arabia, and is yet the second CIA related asset that was in Epstein's orbit at the time.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
62/108 Epstein had been taking out flashy ads in US magazines and papers promoting his Intercontinental Assets Group Inc. (IAG) that was "focused on asset recovery" but based on the lack of filings, it seems more likely that his entire business had shifted to offshoring.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
61/108 In the 1970's Hoffenberg founded "Towers Financial Corporation" which he later claimed was Epstein's idea, but many contemporaries point out that Hoffenberg was Epstein's mentor. The Towers Corporation became one of the largest Ponzi Schemes of all time, netting $475M
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
60/108 After setting up those accounts for Leese in 1986, Leese introduced Epstein to a man named Steven Hoffenberg, an American businessman operating out of London. Hoffenberg needed ways to stash money offshore and Epstein provided that.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
59/108 But, we'll circle back to that, because now, we need to get back on track with how Epstein built his wealth. It's not CIA or Mossad or government money. In fact it's a lot closer to a Madoff, or SBF kind of story. One of fraud, and embezzlement.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
58/108 Now does this mean Epstein was working for the CIA? No. But it points to an important part of our story, that he was in the right circles where he was known to the most connected players in US Intelligence, and *could* have easily been developed later as an asset.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
57/108 We also learned from a 1967 report that Columbia was a feeder school for the CIA, including having special relations on campus groups and school administrators to refer highly talented students to the agency.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
55/108 At the time, Donald Barr, had just finished at Columbia, and was living nextdoor to the acting president Andrew W. Cordier. It was the same year, that Barr shifted from Columbia to running Dalton School, and at the height of Operation RESISTANCE, Barr hired Epstein.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
54/108 The operation focused on US campuses, working with school administrators to develop background information on "student radical groups" and "anti-war" movements. And one of their largest focus areas at the time? Columbia.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
53/108 In the 1960-70s, the CIA launched a series of domestic missions including Operation RESISTANCE. Very little is known about these missions even now, but this one stands out. As it was focused on US Campuses.
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
52/108 But, the rare times we've seen the CIA develop domestic assets who weren't agents, was usually a matter of opportunity. I.e. someone they had worked with previously had developed into an influential role. And had it not been for recent declassifications...
Adam Cochran (@adamscochran.bsky.social) reply parent
51/108 Throughout the 50s-80s, the CIA was involved in a number of scandals involving sexual kompromat including on US soil. During one called "Operation Midnight Climax" unwitting participants were lured by prostitutes to CIA safe houses and drugged.
