Tangential, but I made a lot of my friends because of our mutual interest in MANGA and drawing manga characters, so I would say my fondest memories are both forming and cultivating some of my most important friendships. Big ups to Shonen Jump, especially, for those days and the friendships I made.

Most of the anime I really tend to enjoy are sad as hell. Serial Experiments Lain, Angel Beats, A Silent Voice (The Movie), Magical Girl Raising Project, Takopi's Original Sin, Fullmetal Alchemist (2003), Steins;Gate, Hell Girl, etc. Quantifying sadness is not something I am equipped to do right now
The fact that it's a medium which genuinely produces something for everyone, even a weirdo like me who often cares more about the opening and ending theme songs in a lot of series can still manage to find a lot to love, and that's great.
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Dubbed) It's awful. Tries too hard with the "haha, random thing happened, so I should find it hilarious" bits and doesn't try at all to be appealing beyond that in any way. What a nightmare. I wish this series was a fever dream, but at the same time, I'm glad I didn't imagine it.
In terms of all-time, it's probably Sasuke Uchiha. But I have a lot of favorites, so picking one again is extremely difficult.

I think my most re-watched series (in full) right now is Angel Beats.
Exposure. Mostly via friends and congregating around TV lol. There was some short period time I spent growing up where I hated it, but it was mostly because I thought Dragon Ball and whatever Gundam series that Toonami was spamming back then were super obnoxious and uninteresting.
Another one that's impossible to remember. I was very young, lol. Most likely one of the girls from Cardcaptor Sakura or Digimon, honestly, but I have no recollection. I do somehow remember having a childhood crush on Emmy from Dragon Tales tho, lmaooooo.
Most big shonen series, tbh. Don't care about One Piece, don't care about Dragon Ball, don't care about Attack on Titan, etc. The list could go on. I don't seek things out based on popularity, I have a specific "type" that interests me, generally speaking. I also don't like being recommended things.
Making me choose just one is so rood. With that said, the answer to your question is usually: "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A PINT-SIZED PIPSQUEAK?!" But I'm also a fan of a certain Magical Girl battle royal anime/manga/light novel series... Some weird new octopus alien ONA has caught my eye lately, too.
Impossible to remember exactly which I saw first, but it's most likely either "Pokémon" or "Cardcaptors" (dubbed/localized 😭) Those were the first that caught my eye in the late 90s. I would have been around 4 years old when I started on both of them.
Also, no, I'm not crying. There's just... uhhh... water in my eyes... yeah. Shut up.
I don't think that I'm unlovable by any means, but I think to find the kind of person who can handle me is one in a million, and every time I've tried has pushed me further into cynicism, doubt, and distrust. I'm really not sure what I can even do at this point. My heart hurts so much these days...
I want to be a better person. I also want to have a person I can think of before I sleep or a person I can talk to about anything. I want to stop pushing myself into being devoid of emotion. I want to learn how to be vulnerable and open with someone. But I think that 'someone' is a fictional person.
Starting from the ground level to form this kind of connection or bond seems nearly impossible, and it feels like when I try to get to know anyone more deeply than just exchanging a few words or a funny video or something, it blows up in my face in one way or another. I want to be a stronger person.
But I really just want to have a real connection with a person(s) that means something and helps fill the social void in my life and in my heart. I want to be a person someone thinks of before they fall asleep, or a person they know they can talk to and rely on when they need someone to listen.
This sort of social/emotional problem I have makes me unappealing to a vast majority of people, or at least this has been my experience. I don't really know what I can do differently besides pretending to care less about other people than I honestly do, but that seems just as bad or even worse.

Old doesn't equal stability necessarily, but it cuts out a lot of risk of things changing and breaking suddenly.
Early on, it was promoted heavily on MtH's official channels (such as YouTube) with covers of MtH's songs, such as Koi no Mega Lover. It was easy to think this was a new iteration of the band or that the band was remaking their old songs. The handling of that project definitely left room to improve.
Reminds me of the Maximum the Hormone sub-group "コロナナモレモモ" which is pronounced as "Coronana Moremomo" but could be read as "Cottelee"/「コッテリ」based on the name's resemblance to the roman letters. コッテリ disbanded. It was a cool project, but its connection to MtH made it super confusing for many people.
I know, but that is how it portrays itself, so I do have to clarify.
I even recently had to reinstall the whole system after the UUID for the boot drive fully broke/vanished and made the bootloader panic, and because I got tired of reinstalling Arch Linux over and over I'm (at least temporarily) using EndeavourOS as my Linux distro for the moment lol.
Debian tends to be for the people who want a rather stable experience, so it kind of makes sense that packages are updated more slowly. Trying to make my Arch Linux installation stable enough for my personal daily use before I fully move to "main"ing it has be a nightmare for a number of reasons...

And in Omoi, Sakurai plays the same role, writing and arranging songs, drumming, writing lyrics, etc. Knowing what I know, and also having been able to compare their appearances, I'm about ready to close the case that Teto lives on as Sakurai, and thankfully is still actively producing music for us!
For those who don't know, Teto was the drummer in Foreground Eclipse, and also composed/arranged much of their discography, especially following Suzuori's departure from the group. Teto tends to favor a slice of metalcore/post-hardcore in a lot of his works, so you'll often hear his screaming voice!
Teto has dropped hints of being active in another project, and all roads lead to Omoi, but I don't think this has been officially confirmed yet, probably because Teto does not wish to confirm it (and I respect that), but I would need someone to really try hard to convince me this is not my dude.
You will be hard-pressed to convince me that one half of the VOCALOID-P duo "Omoi" is not Teto (ex-Foreground Eclipse) when their songs sound this similar structurally and vocally. genuinely can't unhear the connection, even when visiting many of Omoi's other songs (I've listened to FGE A LOT, too).
