Obamacare literally just forced everyone to buy into the private health insurance market and required insurers to cover preexisting conditions. If anything the ACA expanded upon the failures of our private health insurance system, and did basically nothing to curtail those failures.
And look at all of the votes on individual ballot initiatives during the 2024 election. Abortion rights were written into the state constitutions in states where Trump won. When voters get to vote on things they want, they do soāeven in red states. Yet another reason I doubt Trump actually won.
