Worse still - you die at your own tribute band concert, which outsold your actual concert.

I don’t know this woman or the situation, but I can still tell you the answer is that she’s invested in the popular myth that if everyone just did everything “right” according to clear rules & directions they’d be just fine. Anyone who struggles therefore didn’t follow the rules & are at fault.

I mean the only thing most people know about Susan Collins is that she’s spineless. I would guess there’s lots of people who know about her regular habit of rolling over for GOP leadership at the last minute, but don’t actually know which state she represents. Weak is practically her brand.

I think that would be a particularly cute one to see larger, like life-sized or something appropriate for a public art sculpture of some kind. I could imagine it outside a museum or a kid’s park. Something to attract the eye and bring folks in for a closer look, you know?

Ah, okay. I was wondering if it was something like Libby and, if so, if they had some sort of improved communication process between the host library and users.

Do you have a way of directing them to the existing ebook version? Or do you have to email them old school style?

Back-in parking is extremely popular in WA which, for me, is weird because I grew up in a single plate state and back-in parking was, in that context, almost always an admission that your tags were out of date. It took me awhile to realize WA residents aren't just super shitty at paying bills. 😂

They probably should have more spaces. That’s 2 vehicles per family in a country where the average family has 1.83 vehicles and 22% of families have 3+ cars. Those spots are also for all visitors and deliveries. Are you imagining the entire complex would be single adult households with no friends?

There is no ethical use of generative AI. It is trained on stolen materials moderated by people given starvation wages in temporary jobs in other countries that expose them to horrific content without any supports. And you call yourself a labor activist?

What a horrible, inhuman response to dying children.
