Thought I'd share a little trick I use as a neurodivergent person to help prevent food spoiling cause I forget it's there. 🫠 Bought a pack of blank magnets, wrote out various foods on them (with crappy pictures), and the magnets get put on the front of the fridge to indicate we have it. 🥑🥕🍅🥦🍉

So here's the thing about "we need to compromise on homeless/trans rights to defeat fascism first" thing. Accepting that rights for certain individuals are negotiable is quite literally how we got here in the first place. If humanity is non-negotiable, then they can't nudge the line off the shelf.

When my mother literally *yelled* at me for calling myself chronically ill, I knew there was no chance or point in trying to save our relationship. It was just one of many things that happened in a short span of time that made me go no contact. Couldn't be happier with the choice.

I also didn't HAVE all these allergies pre treatment - cause I never had a working immune system. So getting allergies was a TRIP. Sadly, became allergic to cats and couldn't snuggle with mine anymore. 😭 Thankfully she was never cuddly, but she did resent not being able to sleep on my pillow.
Yeah, I got put on chemo meds and masked up to avoid getting sick. Learned real quick it was AMAZING. Took my last dose Feb 14, 2020. Covid hit us here in Ohio in early March. So I just never stopped masking. And I won't. Not being sick all the time or even dealing with allergens? Amazing.
Been masking since 2018. I quite enjoy not being sick. 🙃 Been masked outside all week to take the dogs out and garden. Neighbor asked why. Cause ragweed pollen sucks right now and I like breathing. And if it's not pollen, then the answer is shitty air quality.
