If someone’s name comes up it needs to be looked into. Victims names don’t need to be released, in SA cases a victim can come forward as Jane or John Doe. It’s about justice and making predators pay for what they’ve done. It’s also about protecting future victims.
I do t know how she looks at herself in the mirror.
This is what gets me. For me it’s about publicly shaming them and more importantly putting an end to them getting away with it and continuing to prey on innocents (and fuck them up for years to come).

I agree. Unfortunately when I got pushed on it (disability as well) I couldn’t afford the upfront costs as I’d need medigap and the Rx plan.
It happens currently with MDs on Medicare advantage plans as well. I’ve been trying to get approval to see a specialist for 18 months. My drs got it approved last year (after fighting for 8 months) couldn’t be seen until January; then my plan found a loophole and were back to square 1

The fun bit is the podiatrist made me cry after the last mri and played like I was crazy for not being able to stand on that leg. Apparently at that point 2 tendons hadn’t completely torn, but wouldn’t heal without surgery. I love living in Ventucky.
The surgeon redid my ankle mri from last year as they need to go in if I want to walk again. Not sure what’s more annoying waiting for the report, or that it’s taken almost 3 years to see a surgeon, or that the radiologist last time ignored the damage to my tendons on the last scan.
