That's because you have inflammation. You're taking a medication that has no effect on reducing that. NSAIDs are for inflammation, ibuprofen, or alive fights it. It's not a cure all by any means, but it's better than taking drugs that literally aren't doing anything.
I learned from someone who has a disease that Tylenol is not for inflammation, so it will not work. Acetaminophen is not for inflammation. Ibuprofen or aleve is the best bet for pain, muscle spasms, OA, neck pain, etc.
I also want to let everyone know that they charge 8$ or more for any size drink, but the Venti and Trenta sizes were reduced while keeping the price the same. 24oz because 20, and 32oz became 30.
