Protection. From each other. Also, you can apply for a 501(c) to avoid taxes on church income. Eventually, it will become like the Mormon church. It'll have $100+ billion in a hedge fund but it won't use it to help people.

This is awesome but now I want them to stop paying taxes so the asshats about to take over don't get the revenue. Use it to help people instead. It's fun to give money to Planned Parenthood. It would be more fun to give it to CoS who will give it to Planned Parenthood. Lol

From each other means from humanity. Us. Just because ideologies divide us doesn't mean we aren't the same. It's a sad truth. Someone has different beliefs and tries to take your rights so the CoS becomes a shield. Shouldn't be necessary, but it is.
