When I’m feeling despondent I am reminded that there are individuals out there fighting every day, some who can do great good. There are scientists who are recoding every bit of data they have for those who will pick up the torch when this madness is over. Every little act of resistance.
There is simply not enough to say about how bad this is. Not only will we miss out on cures for infections & things like pancreatic cancer, the US will fall behind in science, tech, economy, and while other countries will take this over it will still be slowed/delayed. It’s a national security risk!
mRNA vaccines are one of the most important tools we have for preventing future catastrophic pandemics because we can update them more quickly than any other vaccine technology in response to new emerging viruses & variants. RFK Jr cancelling millions in mRNA research makes the world far less safe.
