The co owner is a butcher and I do the slaughter. They do have a very good life and a very swift end. No stress at all.
Just ordered the new piglets. My three pigs are called Ham, Bacon and Chop and they’re on their final days. Lots of yummy molasses and apples for breakfast. I keep them with my neighbour and it sticks our freezers twice a year and leaves enough to swap with other people in the village.
