Single sex spaces have been earned by women. They have been justified and put in law (equality act among others). I would look at the For Women Scotland supreme court judgment that sets out reasons why women benefit from single sex spaces. There is a right to single sex spaces.

Putting violent men into women's prisons, allowing men into women's rape support groups, allowing men into women only events, allowing men to use women only swimming pools, allowing men to get women's awards...THAT'S violence against women and girls. Stop promoting men into women's protected spaces.
