I'm plugging away at my holiday romcom script with a goal pace of 3 pages per day. I'm currently 7 pages ahead at page 50, and I intend to keep it that way. Got a little stuck this morning, so I'm going to skip ahead a couple of scenes at lunchtime and see what that does for me.

Wow, so, update. I did not expect to run a writing sprint just now, but I just wrote 12 pages. Started getting into the 'rom' part of the romcom. This thing is so much fun to write. The big bad is a delulu ahole, and though it pokes fun at romcoms, it's gonna be a good romcom on its own. #scriptsky
Ok #Scriptsky in my as yet unnamed romcom, I actually have a specific comedic actor in mind for the male lead. This actor happens to be very open about a speech issue that he has, so I'm writing all of his dialogue with a mind to avoid triggering his issue. Something to think about when writing.
