In many rural and less densely populated areas, it's not economic to have a hospital. Govt subsidizes those health systems, bringing a lot of benefit to a lot of Americans. If people need to drive 2 hrs for an MRI or another test, many can't/don't do it. I fear some of those systems will collapse.
