I would definitely use it due to my sad lack of fluency in Japanese, Dutch, Italian, Swedish and Danish (to name a few that I have needed lately). Even with languages that I can nominally read (German, Russian, and Spanish) having a translate button can rectify ambiguity or save time. +1 for sure.

That is subject to the axiom of choice which, in this context, states that if at least a finite number of the members of our household goes to the store and are presented with a selection of countably many options that they will be able to choose a nice cheese. This is easier to prove in Europe.

The test of a society is how we treat our most vulnerable, and in Silicon Valley that is our unhoused neighbors. Sweeps are little more than performative spectacles of cruelty, and do nothing to help people out of the cycles that put them on the streets in the first place.
